Ping G410 Driver Review
Ping G400 was an extremely popular driver last year, and it continues to be so. This Year, Ping Have Released A Driver That Combines The Level Of Forgiveness You Expect From Ping, But With The Adjustability That You Expect In Top Performing Drivers – The G410 Plus Driver.
Bubba Watson is already enjoying the G410 Plus driver. His accuracy from the tee shot has improved dramatically since placing it in his bag. The arrival of the G410 Plus driver at GolfMagicHQ was a great moment. We had heard so many good things about the big stick.
For the first time in a PING driver, the G410 Plus has a moveable 16g tungsten weight in the back of the head. It is possible to adjust the weight so that you can change your shot shape up to 10 yards. It is the forgiveness of PING drivers that makes them so popular. The brand wanted to keep it adjustable. PING placed the weight at the back end of the clubhead so that it maintains a very high MOI. It will still give you all the forgiveness you are used to when purchasing a PING Drievr. We’re now going to be reviewing the Ping G410 Plus. This review isn’t your standard. We won’t be discussing all of the, it feels good, it looks good, our personal opinions on it.
The science and technology of club heads will be discussed.
It’s unlikely that you’ll find any driver who’s more forgiving or hotter than this driver. It’s going to be about all the science and engineering that go into this, which makes it the case.
So, let’s die right into it. What I did is I interviewed some of the engineers from Ping, and full disclosure, I’m Brand Ambassador for Ping, so I am biased. They are great clubs.

Ping G410 Lst Driver Review, Photos And More: Clubtest 2020
ClubTest 2020 saw us test and review 28 drivers in order to help you choose the best one. The results below are for the Ping G410LST driver.
Price: $500 / BUY NOW Lofts: 9.5@, 10.5@, 12@ Our take: While the head is slightly smaller than the Plus version (450cc), the LST still offers the same range of adjustability and technology with a low spin profile. You can adjust the spin rate by moving the forward center or gravity, depending on your player.
ClubTester’s take (2-hdcp): “Filthy low launch and spin. And this is coming from someone who doesn’t use PING!”
Robot’s take: Near the top in ball speed for high-speed players.
Bottom Line
Ping claims quality, performance and engineering excellence. After my fitting, the shaft that was recommended was shorter than my previous driver, and it took several swings to get used to the distance I was standing from the ball. You can really feel the forgiveness and power of this club after I have gotten my distance down.
This club is located in the center clubface. You will feel the “tramponline” effect. You can feel the ball come off of this club. The most remarkable thing about this club was not its well-struck balls. It was my “mishits”, which really made me love it. Even with balls I hit poorly, my dispersion was not bad and still had plenty of carry.
When I started hitting this club using a golf launch monitor , it was evident that my sidespin was much lower than my original driver. A miss is much more likely to occur if there’s too much side spin. This club means that you can miss the shot while still getting in the fairway. The best part is that misses will keep you from the woods or the penalty areas. While I don’t claim this will solve your problems, it did improve my driving ability over the following weeks.
Ping G410 Plus mens’s driver has had the most positive impact on my game. With this driver, I no longer have to worry about the right side. In the past, my missed shots were from both the right- and left-side of the green. This meant that I could hit it wherever I wanted to, even if the driver was not available. With my driver I moved the weight from the Fade position to the Fade position. It is now certain that I will get the ball down the middle. Although it took some time, you will find that being in control of your driver is incredibly powerful and can help lower your score. Although it may sound strange, this setup has really worked well for me.
It also seems to hold up well against the competition. Ideally, the sliding weight seems to increase shot bias but seems to have no impact on forgiveness.
Although this driver was released in 2019, it remains a top-quality driver within the Ping Golf range. If you like this review, be sure to check back on our website often for the latest updates on the newest golf products, training aids and gadgets.
