Walmart Plus members can pick up their returns (even grocery returns) at home
If you’re a Walmart Plus member, you’ll barely have to move a muscle to make your returns.
Starting Oct. 1, 2022, Walmart Plus members now have the option to choose a free home pickup for eligible returns.
To see if this option is available to you, just go to your purchase history and select “Start a return.” Once you select your item(s), choose “Return from home” and pick a timeslot. The Walmart driver will come and pick up your item at your home when you specify the time.
It is not necessary to create a new label for your product or repackage it. You will still need to pick up your item in person.
This service is only available in a few cities at first, before it becomes nationwide.
