However, this only applies to Starbucks in Safeway. Safeway is not affiliated with any other Starbucks outlets, so they will not accept payment in this manner.
Safeway Bakery takes EBT?
The Safeway bakery does accept EBT. EBT is accepted at Safeway bakery. However, your item must not have any edible pieces such as cake decorations or other inedible items.
