When the battery reads 12.45V or lower. This means the battery only has a 75% charge

It is either not charging or it is just not functioning.

It won’t fit into your car battery mount

A battery in unused condition that has never been installed or utilized.

How Long Is The Warranty On A Walmart Car Battery?

The length of your warranty will depend on the type of car battery that you bought. Typically, each battery includes two warranties.

A first warranty guarantees a complimentary replacement service. The second warranty provides a prorated replacement.

You can take an example: Your battery warranty has 5 years. For the first 3 years, you are guaranteed free replacement. After that, your 2-year warranty will offer prorated replacement.
